| Jeff brings more than 20 years of health care experience to RIT. Originally from New York, Jeff relocated with his family to Tucson from Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was chief executive officer at Carolinas Specialty Hospital. Jeff received a master’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M at Corpus Christi. He received a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, in Brooklyn. Jeff sits on the Executive Board of The American Heart Association. |

Jon M. Larson, MD |

| Dr. Larson is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, family practice, geriatric medicine, and electrodiagnostics. He is a fellow of the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine. Dr. Larson received his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. Prior to entering private practice in Tucson in 1980 as a rehabilitation specialist, Dr. Larson completed his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center, and his residency in family practice at the Arizona Health Sciences Center. |

Diane Hackworth |

| Diane relocated to Tucson from Reno, Nev., where she was the director of operations for a 62-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. Diane is a graduate of the University of Nevada, with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and she holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses and the American Organization of Nurse Executives. |

Marie Marchal |
| Director of Marketing Operations | |
| Marie joined HealthSouth in 1993 as a rehabilitation liaison in Erie, Penn. She relocated to Tucson in 2003, to serve as the hospital’s director of marketing operations. Marie received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. Marie is a community board member of the American Heart Association and an executive board member of Women in Healthcare. |

DuWayne Crook |

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Occupational Therapy, DuWayne has 35 years of rehab experience. He was instrumental in assisting HealthSouth open the first rehab hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. |

Mary Donovan |

| Mary joined HSRIT in 1992 with more than 20 years of financial management experience. She holds an accounting degree from Chaparral College and has stepped-up to serve at HSRIT as interim administrator on more than one occasion. |

Gretchen Urkov |

| Gretchen joined the RIT senior leadership team in March 2011. She earned her RN degree from Cochise College and holds a BS degree in family studies and human development from the University of Arizona. She is currently working toward completing her master's in vocational education. Gretchen's most recent work experience was with Tucson College to satisfy her love of teaching and training. |

Lee Sanford |

| Originally from Connecticut, Lee joined HSRIT in 2005. He has more than 18 years of plant operations and facilities management experience. Lee attended Tunxis Community College in Plainville, Conn., where he studied information technology and business. Lee also attended Connecticut Institute of Industrial Education. |

| Donna Stuve's previous experience includes employee relations management at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center and working as director of human resources at our sister hospital, HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Southern Arizona. She holds a bachelor of science in Human Resource Management from Park University and holds her Senior Professional Human Resource credential. |
